As CEO, I consulted Mascré Heguy Associés in connection with my exit from a turnaround operation and the assumption of a corporate mandate in the subsequent LBO. The firm’s role was to validate the conformity of the exit from the turnaround operation and to negotiate the support agreements with a new shareholder as well as my profit-sharing (exit management package). The firm assisted me in these negotiations and we succeeded in reaching balanced agreements that enabled this complex operation to be completed under good conditions.
