After an initial experience with DELOITTE et TOUCHE Frédéric Mascré co-founded the firm. Frédéric Mascré was editor-in-chief of the magazine “Echanges” published by the financial directors and management controllers (DFCG) for eight years.

He headed a commission on the valorization of research at FRANCE INVEST (formerly named AFIC).  Frédéric Mascré is the founder of the “Tremplin Recherche” event at the French Senate. He has co-authored numerous articles in the firm’s various areas of expertise.

Frédéric Mascré assists numerous clients in complex negotiations in restructuring and development of small and medium-sized businesses, and advises numerous companies in setting up their governance and their commercial contracts. In particular, he advises a European group in the medical sector. He also advises and supports numerous start-ups at their various stages of development.
